TECNO Renews Partnership with CAF for AFCON 2025 and 2027

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) and TECNO have announced a new sponsorship agreement, making TECNO the Official Global Partner of the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Morocco 2025 and TotalEnergies CAF AFCON Kenya, Tanzania, and Uganda 2027.

The agreement was announced in Nairobi, Kenya, by CAF General Secretary Veron Mosengo-Omba and TECNO Vice President Shiming Jiang. This partnership follows TECNO’s successful collaboration with CAF during the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations Cote d’Ivoire 2023.

“The partnership with TECNO will contribute to the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations continuing to grow and reach new markets and audiences,” said CAF President Dr. Patrice Motsepe.

Benjamin Jiang, Vice President of Transsion Holdings, added, “This renewed partnership is a testament to the deep trust and shared success we’ve built with CAF… It reflects our shared vision of harnessing AI-driven innovation to shape a brighter future for Africa.”

As Official Global Partner, TECNO will deepen its engagement and enhance its visibility, benefiting from additional media and social media activation rights. TECNO will also continue its “Dream Field Renovation” Campaign with CAF, aiming to renovate 100 football fields across Africa by 2028.
