The Confédération Africaine de Football (CAF) has announced that the prestigious CAF Awards 2024 will take place in Marrakech, Morocco, on December 16, 2024. This marks the second consecutive year that Morocco’s vibrant tourist city will host the ceremony.
The CAF Awards recognize exceptional performances in African football, honoring outstanding achievements in both club and national competitions. The highly anticipated event will reveal the winners of the coveted titles of CAF African Player of the Year in both men’s and women’s categories.
The reigning African Footballer of the Year is Nigerian forward, Victor Osimhen (men category), with his compatriot Asisat Oshoala also claiming the honours in the women’s category.
